However, if you are certain you want to cancel your Synergy purchase and would like to be reimbursed, you can ask for a refund via our refund request form and it will be granted, provided you made your purchase in the last 30 days. You don’t need to explain your reasons for your request; however we would appreciate it if you would share your concerns or issues, so that we can improve. But we are of course more than happy to honor our refund policy with no questions asked.

Once the form has been submitted, your request will be processed and your refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days, but this may happen sooner depending on your bank.
This rarely happens, but sometimes things can go wrong. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please email us directly at [email protected] or click the Help button at the bottom right of this screen to send us a message.
