Licensing requirements are calculated based on the total number of concurrent end users. Each user can have as many computers and screens as they like.
You can cancel your Synergy Business annual subscription at any time. You will retain access to download and use the product until the end of your current subscription period. At the end of this period, your subscription will not renew. In general, we don’t offer refunds or part-refunds on Business purchases, since we start with a trial version for businesses.
Yes, you will have access to continue downloading Synergy through your account, for as long as your business license is active.

Yes. As a Synergy Business customer, you will have a dedicated account manager who will help you integrate Synergy into your organization. The priority technical support we offer with Business edition is available to solve any advanced deployment scenarios. We can help with migration from other software, compatibility issues, or deploying at scale in an enterprise environment.
Synergy Business comes with priority support, which means we will respond to you within 2 hours during business hours, according to our SLA (service level agreement). If you experience any problems, please get in touch.
Payments will appear on your bank account or credit card statement as SYNERGYB2B*PADDLE (Paddle is our payment processor) and may show in another currency depending on your bank. If you don't recognize the payment, please contact us directly (rather than contacting your bank) so we can resolve the issue quickly and issue a refund if you need one.
