How to open a support ticket

Please enter the details of your request using the form below. You can get help with Synergy, our website, or anything else you need. A member of the Synergy team will normally respond within 24 hours, or up to 48 hours in busy periods.

To help speed up the time to resolve your issue, please include diagnostic reports or logs in the ticket under attachments: 

Synergy 3: Click the Help menu, and then Run diagnostic tool
Synergy 1: Click the Preferences menu, and then Log to file
