Community forums are an invaluable resource for both businesses and customers alike. They provide a platform which brings users together under a common theme.

The Synergy forums are no different and they have grown into a highly active and engaged community. With hundreds of active users, and some fantastic and knowledgeable moderators, our forums are a great place to ask questions and get information on Synergy.

Why we love the forums

Try as we might, we couldn’t possibly predict the variety and extent of different use cases for Synergy. The forums provide a bountiful source of insight for us to see how our software is being used, and how it’s behaving, out in the wild. The forums allow us to obtain information about bugs that have slipped through our own extensive testing, and develop the fixes needed. Through the forums we are able to engage directly with our consumers and learn about their uses of Synergy. This is absolutely crucial for making decisions around the future of the software.

The forums are a great resource for new customers as well. They are packed full of tips and workarounds that help people get Synergy up and running if they are encountering issues with setup. The many highly knowledgeable users are always willing to help those with less technical ability and answer any questions they may have. They act as a great first round of defence, before needing to submit a Support Ticket. We're a small team here at Symless so, as much as we'd love to, we don't always have time to respond directly to forum posts. If you need a response directly from Symless, you'll need to submit a support ticket.

The forums are also home to a suite of unofficial documentation for Synergy. This is compiled and maintained by the forum moderators with input from the Symless team. While Symless doesn’t provide any official documentation (yet), the information pulled together by the moderators is a really useful resource for all Synergy users.

We are incredibly grateful to all the users and moderators of the forums, and we hope they continue to provide a source of information and discussion well into the future.
