30 days guaranteed refund

We know that sometimes things just don’t work out how we’d all like them to, and software is no different. That’s why we have our 30 days guaranteed refund policy.

If you’re not happy, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, we’ll give you your money back. Simple as that. To initiate a refund, you can submit the refund request form. All refunds should be processed within 10 working days, but some banks may be a little quicker.

Help us get better

We always want to be doing things better for our customers. That means improvements to the software itself, the support we provide, our customer service, and anything in between. So we may ask you a couple of optional questions to help us understand exactly what went wrong, and how we can do better in the future.

There is absolutely no obligation to answer any of the questions. Although we prompt you to share feedback, you can always respond with something like 'no feedback'.

Terms and conditions

  • The refund request must be made no later than 30 days from date of purchase
  • Refund requests made beyond 30 days from the date of purchase may be denied
  • In the case of upgrades where the original purchase is older than 30 days, we will only refund the cost of the upgrade
  • We can only issue a refund via the payment method used to make the original purchase
  • This does not affect your statutory rights
