Use the form below to tell us how we can help. We can help you with Synergy, our website, or anything else you need. A member of the Synergy team will normally respond within 24 hours, or up to 48 hours in busy periods.

Synergy 3: Follow steps in the help article: How to run the diagnostic tool in Synergy 3
Synergy 1: Click the Preferences menu, and then Log to file, and repeat for each computer
