What happens if I have a problem?

If you have any problems, don't worry, we're here to help. Simply contact us for help. We have a dedicated support team who are ready to help you with any issues you may have. In the unlikely event that we can't get the product working on your computer, we'll refund you straight away.

Is it a subscription or one-time payment?

If you're personal customer (non-business) it's a one-time payment. Pay once for the product (i.e. Synergy 3) and you're able to use it forever. You'll also get software updates and technical support until we end-of-life (EOL) the product. Please see our license terms for more information.

For business customers, we offer Synergy Business, a subscription which grants you access to the latest version of Synergy and priority support. If you're interested in Synergy Business, please contact us.

Do you offer a free trial?

For business customers we offer guided product demonstrations. Please contact us to arrange a demo.

For personal customers, we don't offer a free trial. However, we do have a30-Day Seamless Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you immediately.

What happened to maintenance licenses?

By popular demand, we have transitioned back to the simpler one-time purchase model. Customers felt that the maintenance license was too complex and confusing, and some customers even felt that it was too much like a subscription. We listened to your feedback and made the change.

Do I still get access to Synergy 1?

Yes, your purchase includes access to Synergy 1 (upon request) in case you have an older computer that doesn't support the latest version.

How do I purchase as a business or organization?

If you're purchasing for a business or organization, please contact us about business licensing.

With a personal license, only the individual can own the license. A business or organization cannot own a personal license under our license terms.

How do I upgrade after purchasing?

After purchasing, you can easily upgrade to other tiers at any time. You only pay the difference in price between the two products, so it's easy to change your mind later.

How will the payment appear at my bank?

Payments will appear on your card statement as SYNERGYB2C*PADDLE for personal customers and SYNERGYB2B*PADDLE for business customers. Paddle is our payment processor. Payments may show in another currency depending on your bank. If you don't recognize the payment, please contact us directly (rather than contacting your bank) so we can resolve the issue quickly or issue a refund if you prefer.
