Fixed multiple issues when using different keyboard layouts between server and clients.

Enhancements
Added user notifications when the languages needed for international keyboard support are not installed on the client computer.
Added the option to "use the server's keyboard language" on client machines (this can be found on the client's Preferences screen).
Changed the way Synergy reads languages on Linux systems.
Updated all account and upgrade links to the new Symless website.
Preferences will be automatically applied when clicking the "Save" button.
