Synergy refund policy

It is our mission to make your multi-computer experience more seamless.

That’s why we have our 30-Day Seamless Guarantee.

If Synergy didn't make your multi-computer setup more seamless, didn't make you more productive, didn't meet your expectations, or if you’re not happy for any reason, we’ll give you your money back. You don't even have to tell us why. Simple as that.

To get a refund, complete a refund request. We normally process your refund within one working day. Once we issue the refund, it's often instant but could take up to 10 working days depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

We want to improve

We always want to give you an excellent experience. Whether it's improvements to our app, technical support, customer service, or anything in between, we want to exceed your expectations. For this reason, we will ask if there's anything we can to to help and we may ask you a couple of optional questions to help us understand exactly what went wrong, and how we can do better in the future.

There is absolutely no obligation to answer any of our questions. Although we prompt you to share feedback, you can always skip this.

Terms and conditions

  • The refund request must be made no later than 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Refund requests made beyond 30 days from the date of purchase may be denied.
  • In the case of upgrades where the original purchase is older than 30 days, we will only refund the cost of the upgrade.
  • We can only issue a refund via the payment method used to make the original purchase.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
