kohster 0
I'm running Synergy1 (have upgraded to synergy_1.10.1-stable_b87-8941241e_macos with same issue occurring) on a MacBook Pro running macOS Mojave 10.14.2 as the server and a Mac mini running macOS El Capitan 10.11.6 as the client. Â I utilize SSH tunneling as well, so I always leave Synergy running on the mini pointed at localhost as the server. Â Then, on the MBP, to establish the connection, I launch Synergy and then in a Terminal window establish an SSH session using remote port forwarding. ssh -R 24800:<IP of MBP>:24800 <hostname of mini> After the SSH session is established, then the Synergy connection comes up, and I can move the mouse over to mini screen no problem. Â The issue is that keyboard input doesn't get sent over reliably, so keyboard input still goes to whatever is the foreground app on the MBP. Â I used to fix this by clicking the stop/start button in the Synergy app on the MBP, but what I think is actually happening is that keyboard input isn't sent across the link when Terminal is the foreground app on the MBP. Â Anyone else seeing this?
