Hi, I am one of those computer stupid people that need to set up synergy.

Is there a way to talk to an actual human being and have them walk a person through the set up?

You know what?  I opened a ticket over three weeks ago and never got a response.

At this point, I want my money refunded.

I have sent in numerous tickets.  At this point, I just want my money back.  

This products does not work, and if it does does it does not have any support.

To come back and tell me I did not put in a ticket is bullshit.
