Failed to connect to Server

I keep getting Connection refused from my Windows 10 desktop.

Please elaborate on your issue.

1.) Are you using Synergy 1 or Synergy 2?

2.) if you're using Synergy 1, please use https://www.pastebin.com and send a paste of your Synergy 1 logs on all systems that are currently experiencing an issue (I presume this means just the client/server for you). If you're using Synergy 2, right click on the blue background and look for a button that has text to the effect of "Send Log".
