win32KeepForeground setting

Hello,

I found the settings file, and a way to force a value (edit, save, set readonly).

I needed it for the 'win32KeepForeground' setting (thankfuly there). It is a must have setting when the master is a Windows machine running Visual Studio (debug session and breakpoint can become irritating without it).

I hope the user editable settings are coming soon!
