Can't login, and can't open support request

Original support request below... As I can't upload logs I can't access Support, catch 22.

Hi,

Just purchased Synergy, does not work for me.
On corporate Windows 10 the login window immediately closes. Can't login and can't even get to upload logs' button.
Service is running and tray icon is visible. Might be caused by mandatory proxy (we are using ZScaler services), as the only visible problem in logs is that websocket connection could not be established (bad request). Note that I know websockets can work through ZScaler.

I didn't know cloud connection was mandatory, that does not appear in your product description...
I am ready to try a pre-2.0 version, assuming it does not need cloud. If not, I would like a refund please.

Pre-2.0 will work without internet access.... Nick will need to handle the licensing and/or refund request.
