Synergy Team Nick Bolton 407 Posted April 16, 2018 Synergy Team Share Posted April 16, 2018 Looks like you're using Synergy 1. The problem you're having is due to a limitation of Synergy 1 (Zeroconf). Would you mind switching to Synergy 2 instead? This problem is fixed in Synergy 2.
kdconway789 0
Hi Nick! Thanks for responding. So I uninstalled everything...reinstalled Synergy1, then the update to Synergy2. After that all I get is a blue screen on both computers with a box in the middle that has dconway in it. The client laptop shows a statement saying to install Synergy on another computer to get started??

Did you update both of your computers to Synergy 2? Remember, you can also contact your support team https://symless.com/contact/customer-support
GranPaSmurf 108
It sure sounds like one doesn't have Version 2 yet. If you haven't installed version 2 there yet, I'd do a good uninstall first. Â
