Got this message tonight after submitting support request.

Really? If you're going to take two weeks off then perhaps you should also stop your website from selling your poorly documented software?

We are now closed until 8th January 2018. We'll reply to your ticket once we're back in the office. Have a great Christmas & New Year, don't eat too many mince pies!
