Is this product really stable?

Symless support team, looking at the product which I just paid $12 for, I'm not sure this product can be called stable. I understand it's only $12, but I also think you giving people the wrong impression of the stability of this product by labeling it "stable". 1.8 had a range of issues but this new version is even worse.

What's your plan of action here?
