Synergy 2.0.2 Linux Mint

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I tried to set up Synergy 2.0.2 on my mint system but I found that Synergy would just say "Oops! There was a problem. Please try again." There was an error in the console visible:

"QObject::startTimer: Timers cannot have negative intervals"

I really have no idea what to do with that. The system is completely up to date.

The rest of the log in the console:

I'm bot sure what you mean exactly, but my qtquick packages are installed, but as you can see from my log file, there are indeed some errors concerning qml.

What do you mean with setting up those packages?

Okay, my bad. It sounds like I have a different issue than yours.

Ā

It sounds to me like a config file has an error, & that's what's causing your "negative time" issue. I'd have to go back & review the install to double check where that could be though.
