How can I downgrade again please?

All - v2 the "can't connect to the background service" bug is really ruining my week - I rely 100% on this service to work each day!

Support just isn't fast enough to diagnose - please can you publish a download link for the previous 1.8? version... I can't find one anywhere.

OK it seems support has to enable v 1.8 on your downloads area - so others know.

Downgraded and all is now fine.

After 5? years of using the service - with all being fine, this hasn't been the best experience guys - hope you iron out the bugs...
