ERROR: ipc connection error, code=5

I have a problem with the connection of my synergy as you can see in the screenshot, can anyone help me solve the problem?

this problem started when I update windows 10 and something active windows defender, I checked that synergy is enabled and with the permissions on the firewall and everything is fine I do not understand that could have happened, I appreciate your help.
