When I tried to install the latest Beta on Windows 10, I've got a files in use dialogue, Ignoring the files results in the same dialogue

After a reboot, the same error with less apps. Ignoring the files still yields the same error.:

Yes, this is a very irritating bug that we're trying to fix. The solution, for now, is to reboot then stop the service. Once the service is stopped, try to uninstall and reboot. Once you've restarted, you should be able to install the new version.

Thanks for the feedback.

I'll keep using the old version until you fixed the bug. I can be your test case ;)

I ran into similar messages on one of my windows 10 devices and killed the windows apps (photos, onenote, calculator) services and after that it was able to install.
