Cannot Download <Code>SlowDown</Code>

So I just purchased the pro version and I cannot download.  Since I don't see a support link on the site was I suppose to pay the extra 8 Dollars just so that I can get Symless to fix their server?  This is the error:

If I can't even get the software downloaded from their broken server than I'll have to charge back the purchase and go with ShareMouse.  I bought it now because I want to use it NOW!
