I dont undestand what I am doing wrong here. Its two Windows PC's. I am certain I have configured them correctly I have given them exceptions to firewall. At a loss.

I'm getting this issue too. I have a Windows 10 machine and a Mac (10.12.6). I get the WARNING: failed to connect to server: Timed out on the client (mac) and on the server all I see is: "zeroconf client detected: Macbookname". I didn't change any settings or anything.. just followed the video from the site.
