There is no support link in forums or the home account site. So, just send an email to the email above?

So you only tell people in the forum that you now only want them to use email for support but they have to log into the forum to get this message?

Good news! We'll be overhauling our help page soon (we're hiring more tech support people first). The new page will allow people to submit a new ticket.
