When attempting to register the SynergyKM software through the wizard, I enter my user name and password, and click next.

 

The attached screenshot shows the full error message.

Hi @Howard Riggs. Can you try logging in to our website directly(without opening Synergy)? Is it letting you log-in? If so, can you try to do a browser maintenance(deleting history, cached files and cookies) first and try logging in again?

The only way I've signed into the account is directly to the website.

Are you not seeing what I'm seeing?

No, I can't see what you are seeing. By the way, what Synergy version are you using?

Using v1.7.4.

Can log into the site and this forum without an issue.
