"not authorized to run Synergy app" - Mac

Hi, 

I've got 1 licence Pro. I have added 1 client ( 1 server and 2 clients) and now my previous client say something like "you are not authorized to run the Synergy app"
Should I have 1 licence Pro per new client with the same server ?

Have you upgraded the 2nd (new) client to Synergy Pro?

Hi Paul,

 

You're probably right. I had a basic subscription before to buy the "Pro". I have uninstalled Synergy and re-installed it and everything is working well now.
