Moved location, can't connect 2 MBPs, configuration unchanged.

I have 2 MBP's.  Master on 10.12.4 and slave on 10.11.6.  Just moved locations, connected as usual and they WILL NOT see each other.  I've double checked IP numbers, and all other settings, but no luck. I have changed ethernet cables...no change.  It worked in another location yesterday.

Hi @BriMondo. Please post a screenshot of both machine's Synergy interface and the Server Configuration interface on your server machine.

Please try witching the server machine as a client first and uncheck the Auto config box. Switch it back as the server after that then restart Synergy by closing and reopening it.
Then on your client machine, uncheck the Auto config box and restart Synergy by closing and reopening it. If it still won't connect, clear the server IP box and restart Synergy again and try.

If I may ask, I'm seeing that both machines are connected with 2 IP address which looks like same network (192.168.0.X). I guess that's for the Ethernet and WiFi connection of each machines. Can you confirm if the IP addresses are from the same exact router?
