I have sent two emails to Karen Williams (via [email protected]) without a response. It's been two weeks since we requested a refund. Can you please reply? Also, you don't make it easy to contact you. Since email didn't work, I tried to find a phone number but was unable to do so.

Hi @Randall King. I'm sorry to hear about that. I have informed our billing team about it, it should be a priority first thing tomorrow.
