connect and deisconnect over and over

I just installed the program on my mac as server and win10 as client . I hit start on both and it connects and disconnects over and over:

Hi @JonathanEric. Have you made sure that you have configured both server and client (Mac and Windows) initially as shown on this knowledge base article? You should see the steps on how to add a screen and set a screen name for it that it'll match the screen name you have set for your machine.
