on off key

I suggest that in some applications, it is helpfull to have a key to press that will restrict use to the current screen. pressing again would let one move to another screen. It can be annoying having the cursor suddenly operating in a different screen because the operation was very near the edge.

I'm fairly certain that ScrollLock does this out of the box.

Yep Scroll Lock works great, even though I've not seen it in the settings I've been using it for years to lock the mouse to one computer when I play games.
