Universal Windows Platform (UWP)

Is it feasible to consider a universal app? I would absolutely love to utilize Synergy via Continuum on my Windows Phone.

Windows Continuum support would be a great feature for Synergy as people/business transition to the unified computing device concept over the next 3 to 8 years. I am also thinking beyond Windows, let me share my keyboard to my iPad as well (propped up on my desk as my 3rd screen).
