[Bug] Losing pointer with Win8 lockscreen and OSX

I've run into an annoying bug where I lost the mouse pointer and have to kill Synergy to continue. Setup is: Host: Windows 8.1 Client: OSX 10.11.4 Synergy: 1.7.6 Steps: Lock Windows machine. Wake Windows machine. Before entering password to unlock, move mouse pointer over to OSX machine. Expected: Mouse pointer visible on OSX machine, able to move it back to Windows machine. Actual: Mouse pointer vanishes. No further actions by mouse/keyboard have any effect on either box. Using a trackpad connected directly to the OSX machine allows turning off Synergy, which then returns normal control back to the Windows machine. This happens 100% of the time I do the above steps. Would love to see a fix!
