While I did send an official email, perhaps someone here knows the answer and I'm just missing it somewhere. For the past week I had been using the 7 day free trial, which expired. I purchased 'basic' and my account reflects the same (sort of[1]). However, the Serial Key did not change for me and my client/server are still reporting that as an expired trial.

Should I be expecting a new key or ?

Attempted steps at resolution:

* logged into symless account through fresh browser in the event old key was cached on page.
* uninstalled / reinstalled software

[1] Sort of: meaning successful payment shows; I have invoices; however my account page does still have the 'expired trial banner
